What is inverter technology?

What the inverter does is to cool or heat the room to the desired temperature as soon as possible, and then effectively maintain that temperature. The inverter allows the device to continuously adjust its cooling and heating capabilities by changing the speed of the compressor in response to cooling needs. Because the speed of the compressor cannot be changed, traditional air conditioners either operate at maximum capacity or are turned off. Variable frequency air conditioners use variable frequency drives to control the speed of the motor, thereby controlling the speed of the compressor. Eliminating stop start cycles can improve efficiency, extend the service life of components, and help eliminate sharp fluctuations in the load applied by air conditioners to the power supply.
DC inverter: Compared to AC constant speed compressors, digital technology provides excellent control and cost efficiency for DC variable frequency compressors. The ultra precise rotation of ozone friendly compressors can save up to 20% of power and operate more quietly.
Hybrid inverter: The hybrid inverter integrates two different compressor control modules to ensure constant natural comfort and immediate maximum energy efficiency.
1. DC hybrid inverter, high energy saving control, high power factor control
2. DC motor, DC dual rotor compressor, energy-saving (high motor efficiency)
Double rotary cylinder, low noise and vibration, energy saving (low rotation speed: less than 30 rps), high reliability (low shaft load), suitable for R-410A
2、 Inverter control PAM and PWM
PAM (Pulse Amplitude Modulation) provides the highest level of power, while PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) ensures ideal room temperature and optimal energy efficiency.
To put it simply:
PAM works like a turbine engine in a car. It sets the compressor to maximum power and provides rapid cooling to reach the desired room temperature when the air conditioner is turned on.
PWM helps to balance compressor speed, whether it is providing high speeds for rapid cooling or maintaining low speeds at room temperature. Therefore, like cruise control in cars, it can significantly reduce energy consumption.
The use of a hybrid inverter integrates two different compressor control modules to optimally ensure constant natural comfort and achieve maximum energy efficiency immediately.
