This paper discusses how to obtain local solar energy resource data from the aspects of solar power generation system characteristics, equipment selection, system planning, installation and construction, and operation and maintenance management. Solar energy is an important renewable energy source. According to the World Bank's 2015 Global Solar Energy Resources Report, it is estimated that the total global solar radiation will double to 1.4 trillion gigawatts (GW) by 2050, accounting for 11% of the world's total electricity generation. The total annual utilization of solar energy worldwide is about 35 billion gigawatts.
1. Characteristics of solar power generation system
A solar power generation system is an energy system that uses solar energy as a direct energy source, and converts light energy into electrical energy through physical processes such as absorption, scattering, diffuse reflection, and refraction of light absorbing materials, and then generates electricity through a generator. . A grid-connected inverter in a solar photovoltaic power generation system is a special form of electronic component that converts solar radiation into electrical energy. Solar radiation received by solar panels in a solar power system converts solar energy into electrical energy through photovoltaic panels. Solar panels convert the generated energy into electricity and store it under the action of solar radiation. A solar power generation system generally includes key equipment such as collectors, collector tubes, inverters, filter boxes, and inverters. There are many forms according to the type of solar power generation system: ordinary solar panels, solar collector equipment, collector box solar power generation system, collector tube solar power generation system, concentrating solar photovoltaic power generation system (solar and air energy mixed body), solar water heater systems, etc.
2. Selection of solar power generation equipment
The selection of solar power generation equipment is the preliminary work of power station construction, which mainly includes the selection and installation of basic equipment such as solar photovoltaic panels, power generation equipment and inverters. Usually photovoltaic power generation equipment adopts a single unit with a capacity of 5~30 kW or 1~2 inverters with a single unit capacity of more than 4 kW as a conventional type. Solar photovoltaic power generation equipment mostly adopts the inverter series output mode, and the inverter series output current is generally detected by an ammeter. Photovoltaic inverters need to be insulated and protected before they can be connected to the grid. At the same time, during grid-connected operation, since the inverter and the photovoltaic panel are connected by insulated wires, a leakage protector protects the photovoltaic panel from voltage shock and reduces the influence of the inverter volume. Photovoltaic inverters mostly use DC voltage type or DC current type grid-connected inverters for grid-connected operation. Due to the large differences in climatic conditions in different regions and the limited rated power of photovoltaic inverters, it is a more economical and effective measure to use low-voltage level energy storage devices for high-voltage protection and output voltage stabilization of DC systems.
3. System planning
According to the measurement results and the actual operation of the local photovoltaic system, we can plan solar energy resources, including photovoltaic power generation project design, overall layout, determination of photovoltaic power generation system technical parameters, construction and installation, photovoltaic inverter and power distribution system construction, operation and maintenance Management and other processes to plan the required data content. Among them, system planning is particularly important, because planning out the design scheme of the system can help guide on-site installation, construction and operation and maintenance management. For photovoltaic power generation projects, the design scheme is a very important part. The photovoltaic inverter and power distribution system are the core equipment for the operation of the entire photovoltaic power generation project, and are also the key links in the construction stage of the entire photovoltaic power generation project. Therefore, the design scheme of inverter and power distribution system is the key to the success or failure of photovoltaic power generation project construction, operation and maintenance management and operation analysis, as well as continuous and stable operation. We designed the overall design drawing and related design documents of the system, and passed the parameter setting and related configuration verification required for each link of the photovoltaic inverter and power distribution system.
